Lightburner in United Kingdom

Hi Everyone!

I have joined your website as you appear to have lots of members with Lightburner-TDR's

I recently purchased a 1988 TDR-3SH via ebay UK which is in very poor condition and needs full restoration :(

Unfortunately the Belgarda's were never sold in the United Kingdom and spare parts are very hard to find.

To start with I would like to download a workshop manual or spare parts list - is there one available in English or German?

If anyone is able to help me repair my old Yamaha that would be amazing :D :D

Many thanks - Ben (Nottingham-UK)

Hi Ben...

I do not want to frighten you, but: "lots of members with Lightburner-TDR's" is not correct ... 8)

This forum is primarily a place for the DELTABOX-frame version of TDR (4FU, 4GW, 4GX, 5AE, 5AN), some owners of "Belgarda's" came later and stayed, but much of them "came - got help - were not seen again", so do not think "lots" but perhaps "a hand full" :)

User Gordlikler told you the link to the spare parts list of 3SH, did you find it?

To help you repair your bike is a big problem: My english is a poor "school english" about 35 years old, and the other members seem to have the same handicap ;)
Do not expect any wonder!

If you need some tech support: Look out for "Haynes repair and service manual" for Yamaha TZR125 and DT125R/X, they (DT and TDR) are close relatives, at least technically.

Good luck!
