tdr 125 drossel

Heute angefangen mit der TDR125.
Es gibt ein 5 AN cdi und ein kleines box mit 4 anstussugen-das durch umleggungen und underbrechungen,denke ich das rad drosseld.
When ich das box ausbauwen soll und der kabel baumen in orginalstand zuruch mach
is er dan wider gut?
Es gibt ein 220 haupdusche,ist dass der richtige?
Ich gehe augh das krummer spritzen,gibt es noch ein drossel in auspuff?
Dass rad soll nicht fur der fahrschule sein,wir haben ein honda CG125 ,weill der tdr zu hohe ist fur 50% der kunde.
So es wirdt fur mich.

Ist dusche 220 gut fur ein ungedrosselde tdr 5AN ?
Habe ein graue box ausgebaut,jetzt noch der co2schraub machen und abstellen.
Ich gehe der auspuff neu farben,kann ich aus der krummer was entfernen?
Es darf nicht schnell zu laufen,nur das erëin einfaches motor hat.Ein gute driveabilitie.
Braugt jemand ein 80 km/h box?

falscher Vergaser eingebaut (vielleicht von einer DT125R oder Derbi GPR)!
Wenn Du kein Problem hast und es nicht genau weißt, lasse es so, wie es ist!

Ich gehe der auspuff neu farben,kann ich aus der krummer was entfernen?

Schaue den Auspuff genau an (Eingangsrohr), wenn da ein Konus ist, dann ist das die Leistungsreduzierung für 15 PS.

Ich gehe das krummer ,wieder shon machen und evt offen machen.
Was ist der orginalduse fur ein 5AN 11kw?
Vielleicht noch ein grosseres ritzel vorne ?
Habe jetzt ein honda mtx 200 fur kleine abstanden,die wil ich ersetzen durch der TDR125,
weil meine schuner kapot gegen durch der kickstart.

At Your bike an incorrect carburetor is installed (perhaps of a DT125R or Derbi GPR)! These bikes have other character, so they have a little bit other jet configuration...
If you do not have a real problem and You do not exactly know what You do, leave it the way it is!

The original Mikuni TM28SS of the TDR has main jet #270.
Yours has a #220 and it's clear that this is not the original TDR carburator!

If You change to #270 the other jets in the carburator do not fit and You get non-explosive fuel+air mixture!!!

Again: Leave it the way it is!

Exhaust:
Look closely at the exhaust (inlet pipe), if there is a cone mounted with three welding points, then this is the power reduction from approximately 18 hp to formal 15 hp (german law).

Vielleicht noch ein grosseres ritzel vorne ?

Sprocket #17 is a fine upgrade, but do not use bigger one.

Habe jetzt ein honda mtx 200 fur kleine abstanden,die wil ich ersetzen durch der TDR125

TDR engine is schmaller and will not give egual power, so do not dream to drive 130 km/h like other ones do.
I do not speak about speedometer display but the REAL speed...

weil meine schuner kapot gegen durch der kickstart.

I want to make the bike orginal whit no restrictions.
So the mainjet is 275,now i have a flatslide whit a 220 mainjet.
The bike doenst have to run 130+,im happy whit a orginal running bike.
I have had many 125cc,they run always like 115 km/h and thats fine bij me.
I choose the TDR because the E-start,now i have a MTX 200,but the kickstarter runned mij shoes.
So there is a cone in the exaust and i must make a 275 mainjet.
It was a 80 km/h version,i have take a digibox out.
I must replace the CO screw because its stuck,than can i make it work and the MTX200 can retire.

No, You have to replace the whole carburator and not only the main jet - or repair CO-screw and let the main jet #220 unchanged. Restricted TDR bikes do not have a smaller main jet! There are many versions of Mikuni TM28SS at the market for some different bikes. The former owner got the wrong carburator from ebay or something like that...

I have told You, but if You ignore this, it's Your problem, not mine.

Than i make my co screw and look whit the 220 jet
